• Handmade Products — Every bouquet is handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, flower placement, or wrapping may occur. These variations are part of the handmade charm and are not considered defects.
• Product Photos — We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
• Custom Orders — Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Order Cancellation — Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them if production has not begun. Once crafting begins, cancellations are not possible.
• Pricing — All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Delivery — While we work with reliable courier partners, Easy Bash Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by: courier companies, weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
• Customer Responsibility — Please ensure that the recipient's name, phone number, and address are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
• Intellectual Property — All product designs, photographs, logos, and content are the property of Easy Bash Gifts and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
